Dr. Phu M. Do is the Medical Director of the Aesthetic Surgery Institute in Houston, TX where he performs both cosmetic and laparoendoscopic surgery. He received his Medical Degree from Brown University School of Medicine in 1995. He received post-graduate training at both Boston Medical Center and St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, TX.
Dr. Do is on surgical staff at Memorial-Hermann-Southwest Hospital and Jackson County Health Center. Dr. Do is the Chairman of the Department of Surgery at Jackson County Health Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery. In addition to being a Fellow of the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery, Dr. Do is the current Treasurer of the Texas Cosmetic Surgery Society, and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Dr. Do has given many lectures at the state and national level on various topics of cosmetic surgery. At the Aesthetic Surgery Institute, Dr. Do has also given training courses (with Continuing Medical Education physician credits) to physicians on facets of liposuction and fat grafting. Dr. Do has mastered advanced surgical techniques in cosmetic procedures as well as laparoscopic procedures, endoscopic procedures, and laser vascular procedures.
